Inspection and Approval
Our team will review your items to ensure they are free of damage, stains, or signs of wear before authorizing the return or exchange.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Once approved, you can return smaller items to the store or schedule a professional pickup service for larger furniture pieces for a nominal fee.
Receive Your Refund
After the items are received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable delivery fees.
